Classification: ANU Officer 2/3 (Administration)
Salary package: $37.14 - $44.32 per hour plus superannuation
Terms: Casual
Position overview:
We are looking for "all-rounders" to assist in the broader service and experience improvement agenda of the Australian National University. As an Intern you will work closely with colleagues in the Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre (IDTC) and Service Improvement Group (SIG) to design, develop, test and release solutions that resolve challenges facing the University community and actively improve the ANU experience. You may also team up with the Experience Accelerator (EA) team to design and run experiments through rapid experimentation techniques to ensure we are solving the right problems for students.
You will be mentored, coached and supported through positive, hands-on practical learning that will provide you with valuable experience and real-world skills. Typical activities undertaken as an Intern include software configuration and development; creation and maintenance of support-, testing- and training documentation; business analysis; stakeholder engagement; process mapping and re-design; testing and technical/business support. Experience in any of these activities would be highly regarded, but are not required in order to be engaged within the Internship program.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for learning, a willingness to participate and contribute at all levels and a drive to solve problems. Your attention to detail, solid communication skills and strong work ethic will assist you in getting the most from the Internship program as you work as a member of a high performing team. Experience as a staff member or student of the ANU would be well regarded
