The opportunity
This is a great opportunity to further develop your career with a growing company in the Early Childhood industry. As the Operations/Area Manager you will must have strong business acumen, be able to monitor and maintain financials as well as ensure legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. Most importantly you will mentor centre managers and their team to support and provide a very high quality of care for the children. You will be rewarded with an attractive salary package, which includes a company vehicle, and will have the the opportunity for professional development and promotional opportunities as the organisation grows.
Who you will be
You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with three years plus experience in multi site management and possess very strong business acumen. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. In addition, you will have a good understanding of the Qikkids program and a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies.
Suitable applicants must have:
Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
Working With Vulnerable People Clearance
Right to work in Australia
Strong knowledge of computer skills including QikKids, CCMS, ISS
