The Deputy Principal will be responsible for working with the Executive Principal and the Leadership and Management Team to enact the school's ongoing improvement agenda. The successful applicants will significantly contribute to a high expectations school culture that is focussed on continuous improvement to maximise each teacher and student's performance and potential. These roles will commence in Term 2, 2021.

Your Opportunity

The Deputy Principal is accountable to and under the direction of the Executive Principal or delegate.

Your Role

You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

Lead the enhancement of a positive school culture
Strategic development of high-quality teaching and learning
Lead a systematic approach to improve all students' learning and growth
Communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders
Lead the support and monitoring of the student experience from the point of entry through to beyond BSHS
Develop capability of all teachers to deliver high quality learning experiences

Student Culture and Engagement

A mandatory requirement of this role is:
