Early Childhood Teacher - Preschool room
Full time, Permanent position
Pay rate: up to $31.98 per hour (depending on experience)

Our Company:
We are a community based, not for profit, long day care centre licenced for 30 children per day with a positive working environment for all employees! We have street parking, close to the bus stop and a 5 min tram ride from the city. Convenient to local shops and cafes. The centre is open from 8-6, Monday to Friday.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Your role:
As an ECT you will be using your knowledge and expertise to create stimulating learning environments and programs for Early Childhood aged children.
Your passion for early childhood and excellent communication skills will support you in forming strong relationships with families and the wider community. You will have opportunities for training and professional development within this position. You will be hands on and have a willingness to work within all areas of the centre as required.
You must have the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and all educators within the team.
The role is a permanent full time position Monday to Friday, which will be 38 hours each week with rotating rosters. The early shift starts at 07:30am. You will receive 4 weeks leave and the centre closes for two weeks over the Christmas holidays.
Skills and experience
What you will need :
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent and South Australian Teachers registration
- Valid SATR
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills.
- First Aid, RAN, WWCC
- 2 years minimum experience as a Early Childhood Teacher
