The College is seeking applicants for the following position to enable us to continue to grow as one of the strongest providers of Indigenous Education.

Human Resource Officer

Full time position

Applicants will need the following:

• Understanding of the recruitment process and the maintaining and managing of employment and recruitment documentation, policies and procedures,
• Demonstrated results orientation, sound judgement, problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deadlines and able to provide secretarial support to the College leadership.
• Ability to prepare training schedules for staff in conjunction with management needs.
• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, including MS Office products and the College’s data management system - Synergetic.
• An empathy for and previous experience working in an organisation which support the development of Indigenous students would be an advantage.
