SECUREtraining are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and team-oriented staff member to join the team located at our Head Office in Murarrie, as our new casual SECURITY TRAINER.

In this role you will be responsible for the training of staff the public in Unarmed guard, crowd control, control room and monitoring center operations that will lead to licensing outcomes.

Job Description

To be considered for these roles, it is imperative that you possess:

* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations
* CPP31318 Certificate III in Security Operations
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the security industry
* Security license activities in security trainer, unarmed guard, crowd control, control room and monitoring center operations

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidates will also possess the following attributes:

* Highly motivated, excellent communications, conflict resolution skill
* Experience within a similar security operations role/control room
* Demonstrated experience in facilitation to small and large groups
* Highest level of integrity is required when assessing candidate underpinning knowledge and skills
* Assessor must demonstrate the principles of assessment
