AEOIU Foundation currently operates across ten across in QLD and South Australia, with a new centre opening in Canberra in 2021.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Service Delivery, you will operate within an early learning framework and provide specialist therapy support for children with autism spectrum disorder, their families and carers.

The role will be working within a therapy team, contributing to individual plans that support children to develop foundational skills and overcome barriers to learning. The Program Manager provides training and supervision to team members in their area of expertise to ensure that the children receive high quality therapy. You will ensure the clinical program is implemented effectively, and children are best supported to meet their therapy and education goals.

About You:

The successful candidate is ideally a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), however, candidates who have completed a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis or who are studying towards their BCBA qualifications. Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) will be considered.

You will be someone who has experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism and working in a team of professionals to deliver and oversee an early intervention program

You will also currently hold or eligible to obtain:

  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • The ability to obtain Positive Blue Card
