Utilise your quality assurance experience to ensure Higher Education and Vocational Education & Training courses meet required standards.

We are a new world university. Like our namesake, Charles Darwin, we think differently. We innovate, embrace change, challenge conventions and look for better ways. We care about people as individuals, and about our wider society. We’re about what we can give to the world, rather than what we take. We cannot build a new world without diversity of thought, so we bring together people with unique perspectives in an inclusive and supporting learning environment to help them connect, discover and grow. This is the CDU difference.

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses within the College of Indigenous Futures, Arts & Society / College of Education meet required quality and accreditation standards and university standards, and you will lead the ongoing evaluation, reaccreditation and quality assurance processes for education courses and programs.

A strategic thinker and talented communicator, you will demonstrate the ability to research, assess, interpret and integrate information to confidently and competently provide advice and guidance on a broad range of education, learning and teaching support issues to support course quality, student experience and partnerships.

Completion of a relevant degree qualification with subsequent relevant work experience (or equivalent extensive experience within an academic/pedagogical environment) will support your application as will experience working within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) frameworks.
