Position Description

This local business is seeking a recent school leaver to undertake a child care traineeship whilst gaining the necessary experience for a long term career.

This business is a modern inner-city centre featuring organic design, multiple outdoor and nature play areas including vegetable and herb gardens that are tended by the children.

The centre is open 6.30am 6.30pm Mondays to Fridays and looks after children from 6 weeks of age.

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following qualities:

** Blue Card required
** Good at communicating with staff and families
** Patience, caring and calm
** Vibrant personality
** Able to work flexible hours (shift may be early or late finish)
** Willingness to Learn
** Physical stamina and a real love for children
