You will work as part of our TEAM; where consultants and educators work side by side, in delivering the perfect service to childcare services. Your experience will be recognized, hard work will be rewarded and you will be supported by passionate consultants.
Ideal candidates will:
- Quickly build rapport with both staff and children
- Work effectively with other team members, in particular the room leaders, assistants and management
- Use effective supervision technique
- Follow programs and routines
- Early Childhood Qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Working with Children Check (Employee Type)
- Valid First Aid Qualifications inc. CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Recent Experience in Long Day Care and/or Kindergarten Settings
- Experienced consultants who have sound knowledge of the industry
- Easy bespoke online system to manage your profile and availability
