About The Job

The National eTherapy Centre (NeTC), is a national online mental health service funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, which sits within Swinburne’s School of Health Sciences.

At Swinburne, we are leaders in digital mental health innovation. As part of the Australian Government’s Head to Health service network, NeTC’s Mental Health Online platform has had almost 100,000 registered users across the country and internationally. Mental Health Online provides users with self-guided assessment and cognitive-behavioural therapy resources, which can be used independently, or as part of a blended therapy model in combination with videoconferencing sessions with one of our therapists.

The National eTherapy Centre Psychologist will take a lead role in blended therapy provision within the clinic. This will involve working with other members of NeTC to co-ordinate videoconferencing and email-based therapist support to users, carrying a small therapy caseload, providing support and supervision to a team of students on placement, and overseeing client assessment and consultation appointments.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the review and development of program content.

This role can be conducted remotely, and candidates residing anywhere in Australia are welcome to apply.
