About the Role

The Y WA is recruiting for a Permanent Full Time Assistant Operations Manager OSHC to drive the growth and quality of our OSHC business. This position will lead a team of Area Coordinators to deliver quality experiences for children and sound commercial and quality outcomes.


  • Support the OSHC Area Coordinators, providing advice and guidance on general service operation.
  • Ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework and Regulations are maintained by Area Coordinators
  • Oversee regulatory paperwork (license, amendments, waivers, plans and reviews) and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed
  • Assist with the set-up of new OSHC services
  • Provide support and guidance in analysis of P&L’s with Area Coordinators

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant approved qualifications in Outside School Hours Care or Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Time management skills, including planning, prioritising and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proven experience managing in a childcare environment
  • National Police Certificate and Working with Children Check
