Our Enrolments & Course Coordinators are self-motivated and passionate team players, who take the initiative to close sales of prospective students and coordinate their journey once they begin a course with our team. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in related roles – customer service, administration or training etc.
  • Previous experiences in a sales environment (it’s not cold calling, students have expressed an interest).
  • Exposure to training and/or sales management systems or databases.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite with high attention to detail.
  • RTO Experience and/or funding (desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and support customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver assigned tasks on time and on budget.
  • Experience working in a team environment where positive communication and teamwork are paramount.

About the role

You will provide sales and enrolment service support to our clients as well as investigating potential opportunities to expand enrolment numbers through the development of client and customer relationships. You will assist in the enrolment of students into courses and identify ways to develop and grow student numbers as required.

This role will be predominately based at our Jandakot training centre with occasional time required in our Perth CBD office.

The role will include:

  • Being the owner of all public course related tasks, being a point of contact for all enquiries regarding public courses both internally and externally.
  • Co-ordinate the enrolment of students into Competency Training courses using the Student Database and online enrolment systems.
  • Monitoring of Public Course student numbers, highlighting growth or improvement areas as required.
  • Follow up with tentative or waitlisted students with the goal of securing enrolment
  • Calling clients with view to fill public courses.
  • If required, assistance with proposals to clients
  • Receive incoming telephone calls and assist callers with enquiries.
