• Total Indicative Remuneration: $467,627 to $739,185 (pro rata) - Part-time, temporary up to 17 January 2022 - MD2

The Director of Physician Education (DPE) reports to the Deputy Director within the Division of Medicine. The DPE is responsible for coordinating the training program within the division, specifically related to basic physician training and furthermore has a broad role in liaising with other stakeholders in physician training and training otherwise within the division including the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and Flinders University of South Australia (FUSA) and other local stakeholders including other DPEs state-wide.

Specifically the DPE has the following roles within the Division of Medicine:

• Represents the Division at regional education meetings
• Represents trainees to divisional executive
• Represents SALHN at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians
• Liaises with RACP regarding RACP clinical exams.
