Role

Lead an established onshore and offshore team of student Recruiters, covering the Greater China region.

For the purposes of this role, “Greater China” refers to The People’s Republic of China (including Hong Kong), Macau and Taiwan, and Chinese students and agents onshore in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters to exceed recruitment targets
• Ensure KBS is well positioned with internal and external sales channels
• Develop student recruitment strategies for Greater China onshore and offshore markets
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal KBS stakeholders and other Kaplan entities
• Identify opportunities to appoint new agents and effectively manage the optimal agent network
• Monitor agent performance and ensure they stay updated with KBS courses and services
• Host campus visits for potential students and agents, and attend external marketing events

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Experience leading a team of Recruiters
• Experience developing student recruitment sales plans
• Experience in international student recruitment in the onshore & offshore China market
• Experience in managing, procuring and developing relationships with student recruitment agents
• Ability to travel interstate and internationally when required
• Chinese language skills, desirable
