Job Description:

The Department for Education is committed to ensuring the best educational outcomes for children and young people in South Australia. The department is implementing a range of reforms to improve the educational opportunities for every South Australian child and to better the needs of the South Australian community. Pivotal to these reforms is to provide every South Australian Government school and preschool with an efficient and effective Education Management System (EMS) that will modernise learning outcomes and improve the operational effectiveness for all schools and preschools.

The Rollout Analyst, Education Management System (EMS) is responsible to the EMS Rollout Manager for coordinating and undertaking a range of project work including the provision of advice and analysis, identifying and addressing issues and emerging needs in relation to EMS rollout activities. The EMS Rollout Analyst will undertake and assist in a number of project tasks including performing site discovering activities, analysis of sites and roll out implementation approach, assist in rollout activities, provide high level analysis, recommendations and triaging of issues as they arise.

Special Conditions:

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department of Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. A current DHS child-related employment screening will be recognised as a WWCC until it expires. The incumbent will be required to undertake Responding to Abuse & Neglect (RAN) full day/online training course every three years. For all other Special Conditions please refer to the Role Description.
