ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re currently in a growth phase and are seeking an RTO Enrolments Officer to compliment our growing team and work alongside our Student Services Coordinator. Our organisation aims to offer a wide range of students the highest quality education and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, advice and support to students regarding Amana Living Training Institute services
  • Provide support to students from the start of their learning journey to the successful completion of their respective qualifications/skillsets
  • Respond to inbound student enquires via phone, email and in person
  • Responding to student enquires and provide direct support to those who require assistance
  • Ensure students have required information and paperwork at enrolment
  • Enroll students into chosen course of study
  • Book training courses for individual students
  • Maintain students’ file (both soft copy and hard copy)
  • Work with the Student Services Coordinator to schedule practical placement for students.
  • Conduct Pre-Course Meeting as required
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • Other duties as directed by your Manager.

Performance Indicators:

  • Meet enrolment and completion targets as set by your Manager
  • Accurate data entry
  • Complete training & assessment activities as per the current “Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015” and the RTO’s policies and procedures
  • Review and return all submitted student assignments within 21 days
  • Facilitate direct contact with each student at a minimum of once every 6 weeks
  • Maintain hard and soft copy records as per the RTO’s Record Management Policy
  • Provide correct and updated information to students.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of working within the current Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be responsive to change
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analysis, design capability frameworks and develop training programs
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months old (or provide a receipt at interview stage)
