This is an exciting opportunity for an animal focused, patient and gentle farmer to make a difference in the Early Learning and Quality Education sector and to be part of growing and strengthening the Busy Bees Australia footprint.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Farmer who is excellent with all types of animals - this is the key ! You will enjoy and appreciate animals and want to provide the best life for them as well as educating children along the way.

You will be responsible but not limited too;

• Clean and maintain animals habit
• Ensure animals bedding is maintained
• Daily feeds of all animals insuring they have water daily
• Support Educators in teaching children how to handle and support animals
• Ensure vaccinations are up to date
• Ensure animals are exercised daily
• Take care of animals general health and well being

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Farmer or Animal Caretaker
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
• Current Working with Children Card
• Good knowledge of Animals and the daily requirements
• Available to work Every 2nd Saturday
