About the Job

You are a highly skilled educational leader responsible for the management and coordination of the design and development of engaging digital learning solutions of allocated projects within Learning Design and Innovation team. Working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders including industry and government clients, you will work on a wide range of customised client and student-centered learning projects to produce innovative learning solutions for both accredited and non-accredited programs.

Reporting into the Manager - Learning, Design and Development, this position will be responsible for the coordination, management and delivery of eLearning and technology outcomes that meet quality and compliance standards within a diverse Learning Design and Innovation portfolio.

You are expected to communicate and collaborate with relevant staff at all levels of the organisation to ensure a coordinated, effective, and efficient approach. As required, you will also consult, liaise and negotiate with industry, peak bodies, local and state government departments and other stakeholders, to build and maintain effective working relationships.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • A Degree in education/digital learning or equivalent
  • Solid leadership credentials as well as experience designing digital learning solutions in the educational, corporate and/or Government space
  • Deep understanding of instructional design theories, across a broad range of educational areas and how these apply to digital platforms
  • Extensive experience in the high-level design and development of digital/elearning programs, with an exceptional eye for detail and design
