CHC43015 Certificate IV in Aging

Position Summary

We are looking for suitably qualified Trainers/Assessors with appropriate industry experience to train/assess CHC43015 Certificate IV in Aging. You will work in a friendly and supportive environment with a team of other professionals who have a focus on assisting students in achieving their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessment in accordance with ASQA Standards for RTOs
• Monitor student progress and provide support as required.
• Contribute to the development, review, and updating of training and assessment processes.
• Participate in internal assessment moderations and assessment validations.
• Actively contribute to the organisation’s systematic continuous improvement processes.
• Trainers will be required to be flexible and capable of delivering tailored training to a diverse range of students.
• Maintain professional development in line with industry standards.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• CHC43015 Certificate IV in Aging
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• 5 years minimum industry experience.
• Working knowledge of ASQA Standards for RTOs.
• Understanding of competency-based training and RPL assessment.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The right attitude and personality to build and maintain rapport and trust with students.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to complete training documentation in line with organisational policies and procedures.
• Highly organised and have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent and adaptable facilitation skills to create an inclusive learning environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• RTO: 5 years (Preferred)
