Bronte Kids is looking for an exceptionally passionate and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator for our 40-place centre in Bronte NSW. This position will be assisting in our Joeys Room catering for children from ages 2 years to 3.5 years. We have an amazing team, with an amazing culture at its heart.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
• Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development
• Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
• Comply with the centre policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Diploma qualified
• Knowledge of the New Quality Framework, EYLF and NQS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Current WWCC and First Aid and relevant certificates
