Position Information

Cherrybrook Technology High School (2010 students, 59% from a language background other than English and 6 students from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds), has highly motivated staff, students and parents committed to optimising learning outcomes in a technologically innovative, caring environment. Selection Criteria

Approval and experience in teaching Economics, Business Studies, and Geography (7-10). Willingness to teach History (7-10). 

Capacity to support the diversity of all learners by meeting the needs of students with varying levels of ability.

Ability to develop innovative and differentiated teaching and learning programs which engage students.

Demonstrated ability to challenge and engage all students in the learning process through the innovative use of technology.

Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 


An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
