Your new role
As Diploma Room Leader your role will be to create and lead an engaging learning program for the toddler age group based on their interests! You will have the opportunity to collaborate with your team mates, you will also have excellent support from the Centres Director and an off the floor full time Educational Leader.

You will be able to bring your passions and interests into the role and curriculum, as well as have the opportunity to build amazing relationships with families, children and staff. This high quality organisation will be opening additional services over the next few years, providing ample opportunity for career progression and growth in the future.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Diploma in Childhood Studies
• Strong knowledge of the NQS and EYLF
• Room Leader experience
• Desire to continue to develop professionally
• To be a real advocate for the childcare industry
