Lead Educator 

We are seeking a Lead Educator who is excited about our vision and values and are dedicated to ensuring children are given the opportunity to become the best that they can be. The role will see you working collaboratively with fellow Educators to deliver a play-based learning program. You will be supported by an exceptional team and will be given every opportunity to learn and grow, fostering the most professional, caring and positive experience for all children, families and peers.

Your passion for early childhood education will be matched by your reflective nature, sense of curiosity and fun. You will work with your team to create innovative and exciting learning programs for children in family-grouping settings based on children's interests, strength and abilities; in addition, you will create fluid free-flow indoor and outdoor learning environments that inspire and motivate children to learn, imagine and create.

Essentially, you will hold:
• ACECQA Approved Certificate III and Diploma equivalent
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Prior experience in a long daycare environment
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Full Working Rights in Australia
