Shichida Australia has a dynamic team and an admirable organisation culture. We are looking for suitable candidates who are willing to grow with us as a Program Instructor.
As a program instructor, you are required to work collaboratively with the team, parents and students to provide high quality early learning education.

YOUR ROLE:
- Deliver 4 Shichida classes per day to children from 0 – 6 years old
- Lead children and their parents through a range of fun and exciting games and activities
- Provide positive experiences to support children’s learning
- Liaise with families to provide support to children’s learning journey
- Prepare materials for class use
- Talk to prospective parents on the phone, or in person about the program
- Provide excellent customer service, support and guidance to parents
- Support general office administration as and when required
- Hours:
- School term: 4 weekdays (8:30am – 5:30pm) and Saturday morning (8:30am – 1pm)
- School holidays: 5 weekdays (8:30am – 5pm)
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, THE PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR ROLE WILL REQUIRE
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to contribute to a growing company
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage, lead and motivate parents and peers
- An understanding and appreciation of the importance of early education system
- Proven behaviour management skills
- Impressive work ethics
- Able to travel between our 2 centres at Chatswood and Parramatta
QUALIFICATIONS
- No restriction on working rights: Australian citizen or permanent resident only
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Prior experience working with children
- Valid Working with Children Check upon appointment
