About the Role

The Advancement Services Manager, is responsible for supporting and influencing the strategic plans and day to day operations of the Advancement Unit and University, through experienced management of the University’s relationship management system, Raiser’s Edge/NXT. An exciting opportunity to lead and manage the overall strategy for the Advancement Services function, the CRM and its framework. 

About You

• Strong team player with high levels of professionalism and integrity.
• Previous experience in database administration, system development, implementation and maintenance in a large and complex organisation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of philanthropic relationship management and the development and implementation of best practice relationship management systems and technologies.
• Solid understanding of fundraising practices and alumni relations programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to design and compile high quality reports and information to an educated, non-technical audience.
