About the Role
Working alongside the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO), the Alumni Relations Manager (ARM) is responsible for setting and delivering a national Alumni Relations strategy for the university. Working closely with colleagues in the Advancement Unit as well from relevant schools, faculties and other departments within the University. Primarily responsible for executing Alumni Relations programs in support of the University’s mission and outcomes, whilst building Alumni fidelity.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in alumni relations, development or similar field.
- Ability to develop and implement a dynamic and sustainable alumni relations program in support of the University’s mission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal executives, alumni and other key external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in recruiting, working with and maximising volunteer support across a variety of opportunities, with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated use of a CRM to manage key relationships, such as Raiser’sEdge/NXT.
