The Operations and Change Manager is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team and will perform a critical role in the growth and development of the School. You will ensure the operational and administrative functions of the School work seamlessly with, and in support of, the educational functions, by always striving for excellence with innovation in all areas. You will be an agent of change and help to grow the capacity of the School and develop those around you. This position is located in Strathalbyn.

You will also have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, the philosophy of Christian Education, regular church attendance and necessary qualifications.
