Childcare Centre Manager - Care for Kids
Care for Kids is a privately owned WA based company which has been operating for over 10 years. We currently have 7 CBC services and 7 OSHC services in Perth. Excellent support is provided from the management team and all centres are well resourced.

Skills And Experience
Ability to build a strong relationship easily and quickly with parents, staff, children, & the wider community
Excellent presentation and communication skills
An in depth understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
Enthusiastic and positive attitudes and an ability to work as part of a team
Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
A passion for education
Initiative and ability to problem-solve
Experience managing a team of 20 plus staff members
Successful Applicant Will Have
A completed Diploma in Children's Services or higher
Certified Supervisor Certificate
Current Working with Children Check card
Current First Aid, Asthma Management & Anaphylaxis certificates

Core Responsibilitie
Ensuring that the service achieves maximum occupancy and financial performance by:
- Leading and mentoring our staff and services in line with our Vision and Values
- Fostering a proactive, inclusive and fun working environment
- Ensuring that our policies and procedures are followed and embedded in all locations
- Providing recommendations to the General Manager and/or management team with a view to continuous improvement at all levels of our business
