The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work across three of our preschool services, KU Mayfield, KU Bel Air and KU Merewether. This is an exciting permanent, part time opportunity working 21.6 hours per week.
The work pattern of the position will be:
Monday - 8 hours per day at KU Mayfield Preschool
Tuesday - 6 hours per day at KU Bel Air Preschool
Wednesday - 7.6 hours per day at KU Merewether Preschool
You will provide a range of administrative services vital to the efficient operations of the centre. In particular, you will be administering accounts payable, accounts receivable, fee processing and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families.
*Knowledge of 'Qikkids' is highly desirable.
To be successful in this position you will hold:
· Experience is systems administration
· Proven financial experience in accounts payable and receivable
· Relationship-based communication skills
· Administration management background
· Intermediate level of literacy in the Microsoft Suite
· Knowledge and experience with disability issues
· Enjoy working in a team focused environment
· Be able to work independently
