1. Based in Brisbane you'll love getting out visiting Early Childhood centres in wider Brisbane and beyond. You already have a strong network and positive reputation within the Early Childhood profession, and you want to keep developing both.
2. Your excellent interpersonal skills mean that you’re perceptive, and able to identify what people and teams need to support their success and quality outcomes.
3. You're a natural mentor because you listen and bring out the best in others. You lead others by your positive example, modelling learning dispositions and resilience. As a qualified, valued, confident and passionate early childhood professional, you ‘walk the talk’ and can demonstrate your wealth of experience to achieve exceptional quality ECEC.
4. This role enables you to be a key factor in the development of our customers. You will increase our customer base through reaching new customers and providing an experience that builds our loyal customers. This is achieved by promoting and aligning First Door professional learning options to suit their needs.
5. You enjoy flexibility, autonomy AND collaborating with stakeholders to bring our customers valued professional learning. You are a key factor in the customer experience with First Door; and, will collaborate with the First Door team to develop our services and processes as required.

The flexible work hours are expected to be 30% on base salary (10 hours per week), and about 70% commission-based hours. In this way, you will be rewarded by the value you bring to First Door and our customers. This will be shown in the results you achieve in customer development, and the quality of the learning experience that you facilitate.

Your qualifications and experience:
- At least Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, with evidence of ongoing professional development
- Certificate lV in Training & Assessment is desirable, but not essential
- Experience leading quality improvement in an Early Childhood Education and Care service
- Experienced mentor and coach, supporting educators professional growth and skill development
- Experience successfully communicating with customers, external stakeholders and for service promotion and sales
- Experienced advocate for quality Early Childhood Education and Care, with an established network in the Early Childhood profession
