About the Centre/ServiceWe are currently recruiting for two (2) part time educators (Cert III or Diploma) at our existing service in Seafarer Lane, Docklands (known as The Harbour). The Harbour is a 150-place service operating nine rooms (6 weeks to 5 years) including two integrated kinder programs. You will be working as a float educator across the service and we can offer 3 days per week/24 hours or 4 days per week/32 hours.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the broader community.
- Contribute to documentation that demonstrates intentional teaching and reflects children’s curiosity and learning.
- Actively participate in, share and embed professional learning in the pursuit of higher standards.

- A Cert III or Diploma qualification in ECEC or equivalent;
- Knowledge of the NQF and approved learning frameworks;
- 12 months work experience in early childhood (preferred) in implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to the interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children;
- An ability to articulate your role as an Early Childhood Educator in line with the EYLF Belonging, Being and Becoming;
- And an ability to work effectively in a team and engage in regular critical reflection.
