Room Leader / Diploma Qualified

Engage in shared, sustained interactions with children, which build warm, trusting relationships.

Establish, nurture and foster collaborative partnerships with families and communities to achieve quality learning and development outcomes for children.

Partake in professional performance and practice strategies to improve performance capabilities and further professional learning.

Maintain expert knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and support the Centre performance to exceed all National Quality Standards (NQS).

Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)

Willing to accept Nominated supervisor if asked.
