Centre Director

Goodstart Early Learning Glenwood - Foreman Avenue

At Goodstart Early Learning our Centre Directors are special people. They love children and are passionate about creating great learning experiences for them. They are also keen to grow their skills and talents to really make a difference.

This role is Full-Time, 38 hours per week + paid break + RDO. 

About the Centre:

• Our Centre 90 place centre has five rooms catering from Nursery to Preschool.
• Our Centre is conveniently located close to a bus stop, schools, shops and near the M7.
• Our Centre is newly painted with a renovated and upgaded outdoor space, focusing on our natural environment.
• Our large team of 25 prides itself on our cultural diversity and combined years of experience. We have a strong focus on community.
• On-site parking, located in a residential area, and close to schools and shops.
• Open Hours – 6:30am - 6:30pm.

About You:

• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• At least two years of Centre Director experience.
• Delivering our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practise;
• Building fantastic relationships with families through daily contact in person and using specialist social media tools;
• Working closely with your Administration Officer to building attendances through community networks, and national attraction programs
