About the role

Work as part of a team of educators to deliver an innovative, high quality and inclusive early childhood program for children that reflects current theory, practice and the values and philosophy.

A Trainee Educator will complete their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with an approved training college whilst gaining experience interacting, planning experiences for children, and providing care for children of all ages between 6 weeks and 6 years.

This role is a full-time position working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Must Have Skills or requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Be willing and able to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst working full time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Energetic and have initiative.
• A love of children and passion for Early Years Education
