About the position

The Recruitment Coordinator, in conjunction with the broader Human Resources Team, is responsible for developing strategies to attract and recruit high quality people into our School. Working with internal stakeholders, the Recruitment Coordinator will be involved in workforce planning across the School to ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles.

As the successful applicant you will:

  • Coordinate all internal and external recruitment from identifying need, preparing job advertisements, responding to applicants, preparing interview documentation, selection, reference checking, and onboarding to ensure that the School continues to attract great employees.
  • Forge relationships with internal stakeholders to to identify future needs within our School to ensure continuity of people resources, identify any gaps and to provide development pathways for our employees.
  • Develop & maintain the Schools employer brand to ensure that we are attracting and retaining quality employees.
  • Have previous experience in Recruitment.
  • Have a commitment to the ethos of an independent Anglican school.
