  • $30 per hour + super


About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and vibrant individual who is committed to providing a high standard of customer service to support the Swim School Team Leader in the day to day management of the 4000+ swim school students.

The Swim School Supervisor will support the Swim School Team Leader with duties such as:
  • Rostering and class scheduling
  • People management and recruitment
  • Perform class assessments and ensure programs have a high level of service delivery

The role will also act as an Aquatic Education Teacher, Shift Supervisor and Program Assistant as required

This role is ideally suited to someone wanting to develop their career in the aquatics industry. At Glen Eira Leisure, we have large focus on professional development.

To Be Successful In This Position, You Will Have
  • Experience in delivering aquatic programming within a swim school
  • Experience in supervising and training staff
  • Demonstrated communication, problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, mornings and evenings
  • Level 2 First Aid with CPR
  • Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate
