- Total Remuneration $118,983 to $141,297 pa (including salary of $100,543 to $119,398 pa plus 17% superannuation and 12.96% leave loading)

We are seeking a strong educational leader with experience in supporting students' education development through multi-modal delivery strategies and mentoring students to achieve learning goals. You will contribute to curriculum development and to the wider academic, scholarly, professional and research requirements of the School and be a key contributor to research output in the college of Project Management, Built Environment, Asset & Maintenance Management. Applicants at this level are expected to be professionally active with well-defined teaching philosophy within the field of Project Management.
Proven track records in teaching in the Built Environment, Asset and Maintenance Management courses are highly desirable and would be an asset. Applicants should hold a relevant PhD in project management or close discipline and be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of research and teaching experience in higher education.

- Possession of a doctoral qualification (PhD) in Project Management or related discipline.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education.
- Undertake original research with a view to publishing in refereed journals; and collaborate with other academic staff both within and outside of the University.
- An understanding of current professional and education issues in higher education and the ability to engage and work effectively with colleagues to support students and promote CQUniversity.
- Demonstrated capacity to engage and network effectively with industry and community partners and stakeholders and secure external funding and research collaboration.
- We value applicants with experience in teaching in other disciplines including Asset and Maintenance and Construction Management courses.
