Centre Director | Centre Manager – Ascot

We have partnered with a 115 place childcare centre near Ascot that is seeking a Centre Director to lead and mentor their team. This centre is very well resources and prides themselves on their positive, supportive team culture. Ultimately we are seeking someone that enjoys building relationships with children, staff and within the local community.

Ideall we are seeking someone with previous Centre Director experience.

Essential Criteria

- Experience as Centre Manager/Director

- Diploma in Children’s Services

- Valid Working with Children's Check

- Experience providing leadership and guidance

- Foster strong relationships with Children and families

- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child care and early learning practices and issues.

- Effective time management, people management and interpersonal skills.
