Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Technical Systems Trainer to help provide modern, cyber-worthy information systems to support a large Federal Government Agency.
You'll be required to help train, conduct and plan operations and conduct daily business tasks. The training will be in the format of a face-to-face environment and will likely be delivered over a 5 day period and will deliver introduction into service information content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training course and materials including: lesson plans, practical exercises, assessments and student handouts/manuals.
- Establish training project control processes.
- Training schedule development and management.
- Develop a schedule for delivery of training courses.
- Report to senior stakeholders on training progress against the master schedule.
- Work with managers to determine employee training needs and develop effective training programs.
- Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) handbooks and training manuals to reflect changing training requirements.
- Administer reaction to training session evaluations to participants.
- Assess and determine expertise, ability, and further training requirements.
- Gather evaluation and feedback data to compile the Course Evaluation report.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Systems Administrator
- Experience in delivering software training across products.
- Knowledge of products including Nutanix, Netbox, Cyberak, Carbon Black and One Identity.
- Adaptable to developing systems.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
