Applications are invited for a qualified and/or experienced Learning Assistant to provide support to our International Students across a full range of Senior School subject disciplines. The role involves assisting students (whose first language is one other than English) during classroom instruction, supporting the acquisition of learning skills – including personal organisation, note-taking and application to teacher assigned work tasks.

Recent experience working as a Learning Assistant at Secondary level will be viewed favourably.

Although this is not a teaching role, new teaching graduates are encouraged to apply as this position may be viewed as an ideal opportunity to commence professional practice in a supportive school setting.

Hours of work: 8.30am to 3.15pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during Term time only.

Contract dates: Tuesday 9 March to Friday 10 December 2021
