Your Impact !

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Pendle Hill, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team .

Goodstart Pendle Hill is proud to be an "exceeding" NQS Centre. We are a team of long term educators with an experienced Centre Director. We are a botique 38 place centre with a warm and welcoming environment.

You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.

You’ll help achieve this by:-

• Having a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and be working towards your Bachelor;
• Having strong leadership experience ;
• Having previous A & R Experience;
• Supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care to our children and families;
• Being responsible for the overall management of the Centre in the Centre director's absence;
• Utilising and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide
• Availability to commit to a Rotating Roster

If you have previous experience as a Assistant Director, or have substantial experience as a Senior Educator, or similar, then we want to meet you!
