SDN Children's Services is a not for profit organisation that has been delivering quality early childhood education and child care, children's therapies and family support services since 1905.

We are one of Australia's most respected children's services organisations, and have over 600 staff across 30 sites in Sydney, regional NSW and the ACT. We also have therapists who support children with autism or a developmental delay, and can help overcome the challenges that can make everyday life and participation tough for children.

About the Team

The SDN Enquiry Team (SET) is the first point of contact for families and external stakeholders enquiring
about SDN's services, particularly for children's therapies and our children's education and care centres. The
team provides important customer service support to prospective families, and manages some
administration processes in children's therapies as well as processing enrolments for our children's
education and care centres.

About The Role

To provide support to existing and potential customers to navigate and access SDN services whilst supporting colleagues through the provision of office administration, including data entry, reporting and other tasks as required.

This is a part time maximum term contract until February 2022 working either 15.2 hours per week (2 x 7.6 hour days) or 18 hours per week (3 x 6 hour days).

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT savvy including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and external portals
  • Ability to build constructive working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • High level written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills and good telephone manners
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to work autonomously
  • Able to work within the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm
  • A Working with Children?s Check clearance and National Police Check
