A little about us and the role:

  • CEO Salary Level 9 - $132,082 to $146,755 Gross Per Annum
  • We are a growing, dynamic team consisting of psychologists, counsellors, speech

therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and educators

  • The role leads initiatives supporting student wellbeing and co-manages a team of
school based counsellors and office based psychologists
  • The role holder will be an active member of a small team quality assuring
psychometric assessments and verifications across 30 schools
  • We believe in lifelong learning and provide ongoing professional learning
  • Supervision and peer supervision are provided
  • Flexible work arrangements available
  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Occasional overnight travel required

A little about you:

  • Minimum 5 - years' experience working with young people
  • Registered psychologist
  • Board approved supervisor (or willingness to complete the study)
  • Thrives when working in teams
  • Available to be responsive to schools with occasional outside of hours/overnight
