Role Requirements:

  • Available full time (37.5 hours per week), between the hours of 7:30am - 6pm.
  • Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be required to assist in the supervision, care and education of children, and support the successful day-to-day operation of the Centre.
  • Develop and deliver a high quality education program and practice that ensures the care and development of each child in the group
  • Support and encourage educators to deepen their understanding of the curriculum and embed a culture of ongoing reflective practice
  • You will need to be compassionate, have the ability to build rapport with both children and parents, be hygiene and safety focused, and a positive team player.

Skills and Experience:

  • Early Childhood Teaching Bachelor Degree or ACECQA approved equivalent( preferred)
  • A current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months) or willingness to get one
