Do you love science? Do you love travelling? Look no further!
Education Interactive is looking for enthusiastic people to join our team presenting Science workshops to primary and high school students across Queensland. We are Australia’s widest-reaching Forensic Science outreach program. We use the lens of forensics and the power of storytelling, to bring the science taught in class to life. We provide full paid training and ongoing support. You will be travelling to schools to deliver Science-based programmes. We will be visiting schools all over Queensland, from Brisbane to Cairns, in Term 2 and early Term 3, for the right candidate there will be the possibility to extend the contract in other states.
Start date: Training in late-March, school visits begin in late April. Please list your availability in your cover letter.
Location: Tour begins in Brisbane and travels to Cairns, visiting schools along the way.
Essential Requirements:
· Driver’s license and reliable car
· Clear and engaging presentation style
· A background in science, communication, or education.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Proven ability to work independently
· A love of travel and a sense of adventure
· The successful candidate will need to obtain an ABN and undergo a working with children check before commencing
Desirable Requirements:
· Experience in facilitating workshops to students
· Experience in the education system
· Knowledge of Science

Salary: $250.00 – $600.00 per day
