Our products have already reached hundreds of thousands of students, and we're growing quickly. As part of this growth, we're looking for a Learning Designer & Trainer to join our team and take our internal training programs and content production to the next level.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify training needs
• Design and implement effective, efficient and engaging training programs and workshops for new content and products
• Visualize instructional graphics
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc.)
• Maintain and improve current training programs, documentation and guides
• Plan, schedule and run training sessions
• Support and mentor new employees through training
• Monitor and present employee training performance

• Previous experience or study in instructional design, corporate training or similar field
• Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver with the ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-orientated with an eye for design and high-quality standards
• A passion for education!

Bonus points

• Visual design skills and knowledge of design programs
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Being able to grasp technical concepts!
