What the role looks like.
  • Day to day tasks of running a service
  • Manage a team of passionate educators
  • Monitor and inspire team to ensure best practices are embedded
  • Ensure service is compliant with Laws and Regulations
  • Manage service budgets
  • Build strong positive relationships with our educators, children, families and the local community
  • Embed best practices with your team
The ‘Credentials’
  • Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in leading a service providing high-quality education and care (long day care setting preferable)
  • A Valid working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
