What your new Nest Look Like:
Nido Early School - Hammond Park is the one of the newest edition to the Nido brand and will cater for 77 children between the ages of Birth and Five. With a spacious team retreat area to support you in resetting and restarting, Hammond Park is the perfect environment to support your development and career. The purpose-built service is filled with organic vegetable gardens, engaging learning spaces, age-specific ateliers and a piazza to support connections across the service.
Accountabilities
Provide business administrative support to the Service Manager
Manage new bookings, process enrolments, family accounts, budgets and business metrics.
Build and maintain meaningful and effective communication with families
Manage the reception and foyer area of the service, ensuring the area is clean and safe, and that all visitors are greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure OHS compliance with the Company’s suite of policies and procedures and relevant laws codes and standards as applicable to this position
Advocate for children at all times, acting in their best interests and uphold the Early Childhood Australia (ECA) Code of Ethics and United Nations Rights of the Child.
The ‘Credentials’
Exceptional administration and organizational skills within a childcare setting
Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential
Previous experience in delivering high-quality education and care (long day care setting preferable)
Childcare Management Systems and industry knowledge including ***Qikkids or Explore and Childcare Subsidy
A Valid working with Children Check
