About You
As the WIL Agreements Senior Officer, you will be responsible for processing Work Integrated Learning (WIL) agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and open communication between the College and WIL partners. You will liaise with partners, manage meetings and briefs, and send follow-up communications to internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist other teams during peak periods.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills, including an ability to work independently, think creatively and exercise judgment to make decisions in a dynamic environment and to drive business efficiencies.
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work to a deadline and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality service delivery and sensitivity regarding confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines in a demanding high-volume environment with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Police and Working with Children check.
